How long does the roll-out really take?
One day — and that is not a marketing promise. On day 1 you create your machines, staff and items (2–3 hours). On day 2 the first orders start. On day 8 you are in full operation. No consultant. No project. No IT department.
Can I try Kiron free of charge first?
Yes — for 30 days, with the full range of functions and all modules. The trial ends automatically: you do not have to cancel, and as long as you do not book a plan yourself, no costs arise. Any extension you have not booked yet can also be tried free for 30 days.
What happens if I cancel — do I get my data?
Yes. In full. At any time. Your data belongs to you — not to us. Export to common formats at the touch of a button. No lock-in, no data held hostage, no haggling when you cancel.
Is Kiron GDPR- and GoBD-compliant?
GDPR: Yes. Data stored in Germany (Frankfurt am Main), data processing agreement included. Every service provider we use is contractually bound via EU standard contractual clauses and listed transparently.
GoBD: Kiron is built around the German principles for the proper keeping of books and records — audit-proof document archiving, immutability of documents, complete traceability and export capability for tax audits.
TISAX: Kiron security architecture follows the VDA ISA requirements (role concept, access rights, data classification). Kiron does not currently hold a TISAX label of its own — talk to us if your client requires an assessment.
Which industries is Kiron suitable for?
Primarily: mechanical engineering, metalworking, plastics, special-purpose machinery, wood & furniture. Rule of thumb: if you have orders, machines and staff, Kiron fits. If you run series production of 10,000 units a day, an enterprise ERP is the better place for you.
What does the roll-out cost on top?
Nothing. Onboarding is included in the price. No setup package, no training contract, no consulting days. Starter from 199 €/mo, Professional from 399 €/mo, Enterprise from 799 €/mo — all prices incl. VAT. Save 20 % when paying annually.
What is LENA and what does she cost?
LENA is your AI assistant — included from Starter with 2,500 credits a month for chat and voice input. Professional adds 15,000 credits, mail classification and receipt OCR. Top-up packs from 320 € for 10,000 credits can be added at any time.
What are extensions and how do they work?
Extensions are industry modules (Vehicle Workshop, Freight Forwarding, Construction Manager, Property Management, …) and feature add-ons (WhatsApp Sales, Gamification, Drawing Intelligence, …). They are added individually at the monthly price shown, run on the same data and can be cancelled monthly. Any extension you have not booked yet can be tried free for 30 days. Enterprise already includes cost calculation, programme manager, API access, 7S Production, Process Manager and Drawing Intelligence.
